Together with full support from Eurocopter Canada, customers can arrive at Heliproducts and completely design their own finished product on paper before moving into the contract and pricing stage. Heliproducts full install capabilities include all areas of the Eurocopter AS350 airframe, engine, component, paint, avionics, structures and repair being both Transport Canada and FAA approved.
Heliproducts is committed to delivering the highest level of service. We believe in the ability to manage and measure cost, delivery, quality and customer satisfaction. To do this effectively we have invested and integrated an electronic Work Order and Inventory software program. During all AMO duties our factory trained mechanics must log in to each work item electronically. Our facility manages real time data in order to monitor progress and cost.
